I keep saying I’m going to do this, and, like everything lately, I find a million excuses no to. (And I almost failed on day 2). But, here I am, and here we go. There are prompts for every weekday, weekends are free writing. This is going to be super hard for me, but I feel like I need to make this commitment. I love to write, but only when its convenient for me, and I need to make it more of a priority.
I’m not planning on posting a link each day to my personal Facebook page, but I will to my blog page so please visit and like and hold me accountable for writing!
What Is NaBloPoMo?
NaBloPoMo happens every month, but due to its proximity to NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), November tends to be the “official” month, and it is unofficially HUGE. Think of it as one big blogging party meant to give you enough energy, ideas and inspiration to supercharge your blogging mojo and carry you through the next 12 months. We do our part to keep the energy going by celebrating the big crowd by highlighting posts and handing out prizes.
It’s as simple as this: post daily on your own blog. That’s it. You can get fancy and cross-post your blog posts onto the NaBloPoMo site for more exposure. If you need daily inspiration, bookmark the NaBloPoMo prompts page for November, which already has all the prompts for the month posted so you can plan ahead. We’ll be posting prompts in the next day or two, so please stay tuned.
